Your Company is not in the Annuaire

When you want to send/receive B2B in France, your company Siren Siret must be in the annuaire.

If you are not in the annuaire, or you should be, then you have to get it fixed.

Action:

• Contact the DGFiP (Direction générale des Finances publiques), ideally your Service des Impôts des Entreprises (SIE), and ask them to verify that your company is correctly recorded as assujettie à la TVA. This underlying fiscal status is important because the Annuaire is populated from administrative/VAT information.
• For the electronic-invoicing reform specifically, the French administration has established the national assistance number 0 806 807 807. The Ministry explicitly identifies this number for questions concerning the electronic-invoicing reform.
• Explain specifically that this is not a PA routing/address problem, but that the SIREN itself is absent from the Annuaire de la facturation électronique. A useful formulation would be: « Notre société dispose du SIREN XXXXXXXX et est assujettie à la TVA en France, mais le SIREN est absent de l’Annuaire de la facturation électronique. Pouvez-vous vérifier l’alimentation de l’Annuaire pour cette entreprise ? »
