Verification

Verification of a new company is a process at Billit.

Behaviour per environment:

Update : Billit setup of verification will also include the KYC. So no KYC PDF form must be completed. More info will follow.

When verification is done via Itsme

Steps to execute:

• Itsme verification. the person who verifies via Itsme should be the legal representative
• Submit additional information to Billit support. This is:
  • Minimum : Proof that person is the legal representative. This can be via Extrait K (Kbis, K-bis). Info https://entreprendre.service-public.gouv.fr/vosdroits/F21000
  • Optional : If person is legal representative via management company, then a similar document is needed for th management company.

Support ticket :

• Use a help ticket to send us a supporting documentthat specifically mentions the verified legal representative.
• To do this, use the Help button at the bottom left of the platform. In the first window you see, select the category ‘Verify company’. In the next window, enter the title: ‘Verification of legal representative’. Explain the situation, upload the file and send it.
