Which Parties can Send Statusses

Messages can be returned to the sender

• from PPF (French Tax Authority
• from the receiver or from the PA-partner of the receiver.

Optional/Mandatory

• Some messages are mandatory, many are optional.
• When a Billit sender receivers messages, all messages will be stored and displayed in Billit.

Status and Messages in MyBillit User Interface

Billit will display all the messages in the messages section.

Below : example of a positive scenario: French Tax Authority Accepted the invoice and Invoice has been delivered with success on the Peppol network:

Extra info about the messages:

1. Invoice has been created, is not sent to the customer.
2. Endpoint of the customer, will be used as destination when the invoice will be sent
3. Communication with PPF (French Tax Authority). Final result is Déposée données reglementaires (status code 250) = Accepted. The communication files can be downloaded.
4. The file has been sent : the Peppol proof of delivery file can be downloaded
5. Optional feedback by the Receiver to the sender
6. Payment reporting is succesful.
7. Information about receiving of the payment (cash collection) has been sent to the PPF (French Tax Authority) and is accepted. File can be downloaded.
8. French Tax Authority confirms that this cash collection information is received and accepted.

Information available when an invoice is rejected by the PPF (French Tax Authority):

1. Reporting Failed : Invoice will not be delivered via Open/Peppol
2. Feedback XML file from PPF (French Tax Authority) : does contain rejection information
