GET upcoming Tax reports

Objective

This endpoint will give you information:

for tax reports that will be submitted in the near future (the upcoming E-report submission period)
for tax reports where content is not valid. The E-report submission period has passed, but the content of the e-report did not pass the internal validations at Billit.

Constraint:

with the current API feature set, the details of the invoices of the upcoming e-report cannot be obtained via API
