How you receive your Billit Invoice

1. Receive via Open/Peppol

When you are able to receive invoices via the Peppol production environment, then Billit automatically sends the invoice for Billit licences via Open/Peppol, and not via email.

2. Other Receiving

When Peppol receiving is not possible, the invoices for the Billit licence is sent via email.

To what email address it is sent ? See screenshot below:

1. Email : this mandatory field is used for sending the email with the invoice (if receiver has no Peppol registration)
2. Seperate field "Email address licence invoice" : here you can define a specific email address for invoice receiving.
